By assessing the current level of integrated logistics implementation among US firms, this study provides valuable insights into its effectiveness. The research reveals a strong correlation between integration and logistical performance improvements. It demonstrates that internal and external integration are crucial for facilitating channel-wide linkages and enhancing channel efficiency. This paper provides empirical evidence supporting the idea that integrated logistics can lead to better business outcomes. For organizations placing emphasis on supply chain management, the results of this survey have significant managerial implications.
