It emphasizes the integral role of spine surgeons in maintaining patients' activities of daily living (ADL) and improving treatment outcomes. The current treatment approach to spinal metastases prevents them from providing appropriate treatment when needed. It is essential for spine surgeons to understand and be more actively involved with patients with musculoskeletal disorders and cancer patients. There should be the adoption of a multidisciplinary approach to preemptive treatment with medication, radiotherapy, and surgical treatment. The integration of the latest findings associated with minimally invasive spinal treatments is also necessary. This analysis heralds a new era in the management of spinal metastases, emphasizing the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration and minimally invasive treatments.
