With the rise of IT, how can businesses leverage communities for strategic development? This paper explores the growing importance of community management for continuous organizational activation and new business creation, particularly in the context of advancing information technology (IT). Amid changes in the business environment, the authors emphasize the strategic development opportunities presented by creating various communities, both within and outside corporate structures. Given the continuous evolution of IT and multimedia technology, the paper proposes innovative applications for finance-related businesses that utilize community management-supporting information networks. It focuses on the importance of online comunity developement, management, and promotion. Community-based information networks will become a key multimedia communication platform for business innovation, driving engagement and generating value. Companies are now finding new ways to engage their customers with these new tech advances and increase their customer satisfaction.
