It welcomes rigorous research on various aspects of Islamic law, promoting critical analysis and contemporary applications of Shariah principles. The journal aims to foster understanding and dialogue surrounding the dynamic relationship between traditional Islamic jurisprudence and modern societal challenges. The first 150 characters emphasize scholarly research and critical analysis of Islamic law and its applications.
Topics covered include but are not limited to: Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh), comparative law, Islamic economics, criminal law, family law, constitutional law within an Islamic framework, and international law from an Islamic perspective. The journal is targeted towards academics, researchers, legal professionals, and policymakers interested in gaining insights into the multifaceted dimensions of Shariah law.
With an emphasis on innovative research and ethical considerations, the Journal of Shariah Law Research seeks to become a leading source for knowledge dissemination and intellectual exchange in the field. We encourage submissions that explore novel applications of Islamic legal principles and contribute to a deeper understanding of Islamic law in the modern world.
